Preliminary Concerns

Secondary Level Concerns
After understanding the primary level concerns common across different scenarios, we dug deeper to understand the specific areas which were contributing to the overall experience of reading a book.

Percy, a novel enthusiast, enters her favorite bookstore, excitement bubbling as she scans the shelves. But soon, confusion sets in—so many books, and she can't decide which one to buy. Doubts creep in, worsened by financial stress, knowing she can only afford one. She wishes there was a way to ask other readers for advice or even rent a book, but there's no easy way to connect. After much deliberation, she makes her choice, though the uncertainty lingers as she leaves with just one book in hand.

Scenarios
Aarya, a UNI student, is urgently searching for a book she needs for her two-week elective course. As the deadline approaches, she anxiously scours bookstores and online platforms, only to find that the book is too expensive for something she'll only need for such a short time. Desperate for alternatives, she discovers the option to borrow it from an online library, but with only a few days left before the course starts, she's conflicted. Should she wait for the borrowing process or pay for the book? Time is running out, and Aarya still doesn't have the book she needs.
